Steljes was one of the first companies to realise the tremendous potential of products such as liquid crystal display (LCD) panels and plasma displays in the UK market. In 1997, Steljes signed an exclusive agreement with SMART Technologies Inc. to become the sole representative of SMART Board™ interactive whiteboards for the UK and Ireland.

In 2005, Steljes became the sole UK distributor for TurningTechnologies and its solution for assessment for learning.

More recently, Steljes has signed a unique partnership agreement with Vodafone, enabling the company to offer a 3G offering as part of its Anytime Learning proposition.
