Rewards
We regularly check our rewards and benefits packages against our peer group to make sure we're competitive. We also offer extra performance rewards to recognise individual achievement.
| • | Personal Profit Share scheme – those who are not in commission earning roles are members of the personal profit share scheme. This is a bonus paid twice a year based on personal performance and company profitability. |
| • | Uncapped Commission - for sales people there are no limits on how much you can earn. |
