• Pension Scheme – On successfully completing your probationary period you will qualify for monthly payments into a scheme of your choice.  The scheme is ‘non-contributory’ which means you don’t have to match the company’s payments if you don’t want to.

Rewards
We regularly check our rewards and benefits packages against our peer group to make sure we're competitive. We also offer extra performance rewards to recognise individual achievement.

 •Personal Profit Share scheme – those who are not in commission earning roles are members of the personal profit share scheme.  This is a bonus paid twice a year based on personal performance and company profitability.
 • Uncapped Commission - for sales people there are no limits on how much you can earn.
